Sextans
Sextans is a Equatorial constellation otherwise known as the Sextant. It is one of seven constellations introduced by the 17th century astronomer Johannes Hevelius (Wikipedia) and published in Firmamentum Sobiescianum sive Uranographia in 1687. Sextans remains one of the 88 modern constellations defined by the International Astronomical Union (Wikipedia).
Sextans (abbrev. = Sex; genitive = Sextantis) covers 314 square degrees or 0.76% of the celestial sphere making it the 47th largest constellation. It contains 38 stars brighter than apparent magnitude 6.5, the brightest star being Alpha Sextantis.
